Quinceañera Rock Quarry Garden

In the United States, Sweet 16 is considered an important milestone for a young lady.  However, the Latin community celebrates this moment with a Quinceañera which takes place on the 15th birthday.  It has cultural roots Central America and can sometimes be as lavish as a wedding.

This photo shoot took place at Rock Quarry Garden, in Greenville, SC.  We really enjoy this location as it has many beautiful locations to take photo’s year around.  It’s also much less crowded than Falls Park on the Reedy River in Downtown Greenville.

In order to show off this beautiful location, we shot the photos on our Sony 24mm 1.4 prime lens.  It gives beautiful background bokeh while still preserving the details of the location.
